At this time, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each VeganTote item is handmade in small batches, and due to the nature of our production process, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at vegantotecustomersupport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue

We will review the situation and work toward a resolution.
