How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow 10–14 days for your bag to be made before it ships. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method.

Will my bag look exactly like the photos?
Each bag is handmade, so slight variations in size, shape, texture, or stitching may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the product details, sizing, and photos carefully before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours of receiving the delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and item. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it.

How do I care for my VeganTote bag?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners, soaking, machine washing, and long exposure to direct heat or sunlight.

Are your bags waterproof?
Vegan leather is generally easy to wipe clean and more water-resistant than some fabrics, but it is not fully waterproof. Avoid heavy rain and standing water.
